Is Trailvaani the trip organizer?
No. Each trip is run by an independent organizer. We help you choose and book, and we tell you who runs your trip before you pay.
Do I need experience to trek?
Not for every trip. Each trip shows its grade, from easy to hard. If you are new, ask us on WhatsApp and we will suggest a beginner-friendly one.
What if I need to cancel?
Rules differ per trip and are shown on each trip. Some trips have a fixed cancellation charge and some have no refund close to departure. We share the exact rule before you confirm.
Can you arrange a trip for my own group?
Yes. Send your group size, budget and dates, and we will ask our organizer partners for a custom plan.
How do I pay?
We send you the booking details and the organizer's payment method on WhatsApp. Only pay after you have the trip details in writing.
